    Skillet Review vs my Griswold

    Beautiful, beautiful industrial design. Very non-stick like my Griz. The handle gets surprisingly hotter, much hotter than my Griz, but I love it anyway. Bought 2.....one for my summer house and one for my primary res.

    Great Oven Mitts

    These mitts work really well. My wife finds them a bit stiff for her baking dishes but I believe they are perfect for my cast iron. They handle the heat from my oven heated Dutch ovens and other cast iron products. They’re pricey, but I believe they’ll last me for the rest of my life.
