Sear Anywhere
Heat the whole griddle for powerful cast iron searing, create high and low heat zones for precise batch cooking, or bring it outdoors as an auxiliary grilling tool. A 360° drip channel makes the Long Griddle an ideal surface for large-format searing or batch cooking.
Double Handles
This griddle gets hot and stays hot, so two large, reinforced handles are made for easy maneuvering around the kitchen. (Or the campfire!) At 20 ½ inches, including handles, the Long Griddle will fit comfortably on full-size stovetops.

I have several pieces of Field cast iron. I started with a few pans and liked them so I got my Mom a new griddle for Christmas. The flattop heats up quickly and retains that heat well. It takes a few times to get used to but we are steadily building up a good seasoning as it gets near daily use. I see this becoming an heirloom piece as with my other Field skillets and my newest Dutch oven.

Works great on our induction stovetop. Looks beautiful and the craftsmanship is outstanding.

I got this griddle as a Christmas present to myself. I cook bacon at least twice every day, and this has turned out to be the BEST. There definitely are hot and cold zones, but with a little rotating it gets everything cooked evenly. The seasoning is getting more and more non-stick the more I use it and I'm excited to use this for years to come. I usually use it over two burners, but sometimes only on one if the thing I'm cooking is small. I sometimes worry that the grease will overflow the sides, but so far it has been able to contain it, even when I'm frying up to 10 bacon strips.

Fits one side of the grill perfectly so I can do smash burgers on the griddle and hot dogs or buns or roasted veggies on the other side of the grill. Took a seasoning beautifully and has stayed slicker than snot on a doorknob. Only drawback is it can only handle 3 burgers at a time, but honestly if it was bigger then it wouldn’t be as versatile. Maybe I need another for when I just want to do burgers… maybe someone can explain to my wife why I need two?
