    I purchased this to make small individual 2-egg frittatas for my family. It works like a dream. The egg slides right out of the skillet. It works better than the chemical coated "non stick" that I was using.

    the BEST cast iron skillets (being made today)

    If you are a fan of the kind of cast iron skillets you find in flea markets and junk shops, and get why those smooth, well seasoned surfaces are the very best, then this is the skillet for you. I have ten of them, between two homes, and they are simply the best.
